[fixed]Wild Ricochet targets all spells

AI played Wild Ricochet in response to my play of Golgari Keyrune (an artifact) and it created a copy of that artifact, or stole my artifact?

Same bug affects Goblin Flectomancer both work on all spells instead of instant and sorcery ones. The bug looks worse in Wild Ricochet as it also copies the spell.

~~I don't think any~~Some of the deflection spells or abilities don't include target definitions or validate their targets. ~~Wild Ricochet also uses the wrong function.~~ I'll take care of it

I think Captured by the Consulate is the final card from Kaladesh to be coded - does that make Kaladesh block the first to be 100% coded in Manalink?

There is still Trusty Companion to have the block complete. Yes we have other cards like it but they don't work correctly. If you want to import shandalar's method then it could be completed.
