I confirm both bugs the second is also mentioned here among other bugs about meld cards:

I've fixed a few bugs in these cards and I have a framework for the basic functions at kill_card() and bounce_permanent() that works and follows the rules for meld. What needs to be fixed yet is anything that removes something from play and then does something with the card in that zone. Besides blinking, flickering, obliviation, and then grepping for anything that calls remove_card_from_rfg(), anyone have any ideas what else will need to be upgraded to fix this?

Anything that tracks a card from the battlefield through the graveyard, too, like
Nim Deathmantle and
False Demise. Ante cards like
Bronze Tablet. Put-in-library cards like
Time Ebb and
Oust and
Gomazoa.
Epochrasite (for a melded card that dies after becoming a copy of it) is extra fun. Plan ahead for the host/augment and mutate mechanics, too.
