[confirmed]AI never mulligan!?

After playing many games i never saw AI mulligan it's hand.
Sometimes it only gets 1 land in starting hand and it doesn't mulligan at all.
Is this to be expected?

Yes it is very broken as AI will kind of mulligan if it has no lands in it's hand and only once (AI will not do it again if it still has no lands) and I am saying kind of mulligan as there is no prompt like it used to to tell us that AI mulligans and also no shuffling of the deck.
