[confirm]Dying creature appears in my hand as drawn card

Describe the Bug:
Sometimes when I kill AI's creature, most probably when I kill this creature just when it came to play, in the next draw I am getting... The killed creature.
Also - if a creature dies right after it comes into play and it had some "comes into play" ability, this ability is not triggered.

In the savegame AI plays Keldon Vandals. Kill it with faeries right after it comes to play - Vandal's ability will not be triggered. And in the next draw I will get Kelodon Valndals as my draw; of course I do not have this card in my deck.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
"Comes into play" ability should be triggered and I should not get the killed creature as my next draw.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
