[confirmed]Narset's Reversal copying all spell types

Narset's Reversal works on non-instant, non-sorcery spells.
In the attached save the opponent will cast a summon creature spell that you can copy. I also tested artifact and enchantment spells; it could copy those as well.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Should be limited to instant and sorcery spells.
