[fixed]Emiel the Blessed no option to give counters

Describe the Bug:

Emiel the Blessed doesn't give you the option to pay and put a counter on other creatures entering the battlefield under your control. It 'lights up' and a message is displayed about triggering Emiel the Blessed, but no options follow.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay {G/W}. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on it. If it's a Unicorn, put two +1/+1 counters on it instead.
