[fixed] Nyx Lotus doesn't activate if W is sole devotion

Describe the Bug:

When white are the only colored mana symbols in play on your side, Nyx Lotus will not activate. It taps with no effect or dialog box.

Put any other color permanent in play on your side and Nyx Lotus works properly. It then allows you to produce mana equal to your devotion to the new non-white permanent OR for the white stuff you already had in play. It also continues to function if your bury your white perms, leaving a single other color in play.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

It should be able to activate if white mana symbols are all that's in play on your side.
