It is very likely that this has already been reported, but I am telling you this just in case because I did not find any hits in my search.

-Oko, Thief of Crowns' +1 ability essentially makes the target a green Elk.
Artifact is no longer an artifact.
But now it simply loses its ability and becomes a 3/3. I don't think the color or subtype has been changed. fixed

-Attaching equipment (e.g. Basilisk Collar) to a creature that has lost its ability does not give it any ability.
I am not very familiar with the rules, but is this correct?

I confirm all three bugs.

-Attaching equipment (e.g. Basilisk Collar) to a creature that has lost its ability does not give it any ability.

If it gains the ability after the second ability resolves then it will gain that ability.
10/4/2019 If the affected creature gains an ability after Oko's second ability resolves, it will keep that ability.
I confirm also that the creature can't gain again any abilities the 2nd ability of Oko, Thief of Crowns has removed. The humiliated creature can gain only other abilities.

Fixing this will require a long-overdue change to the ability loss system. Adding it to my to do list.
