[confirmed]Kaya's Ghostform doesn't return exiled creature

Kaya's Ghostform returns your creature to the battlefield when it dies, but not when it is exiled.
In the attached savegame the opponent is (usually) about to exile your ghostformed creature with an instant.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Enchanted creature bounces back from death or exile
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
