[confirmed]Isochron Scepter - Copy Not Triggering when Cast

Describe the Bug:
Isochron Scepter has Lightning Helix Imprinted. Both Balefire Liege and Kor Firewalker in play trigger when a red spell is cast. After using Isochron Scepter to play Lightning Helix the previous mentioned two cards do not trigger.

Interestingly, the "Fast Effects... Lightning Helix" stage does appear after using Isochron, but doesn't allow the life gain to trigger.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Based on MTG rules, the copied card should include all characteristics of the original card, including colour. So the two cards should trigger when it is copied and played.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Tried Lightning Helix by itself without scepter and works well.
In the same save game, if you use the Leave No Trace that is imprinted on the second Isochron Scepter - the Balefire Liege also doesn't trigger.
