still bug]Humility affects summoning sickness/lasts too long
by Aswan jaguar » 03 Jul 2022, 13:39
Describe the Bug:
Humility affects summoning sickness and so creatures that enter the battlefield turn 3 will not be ready to attack/tap to activate at turn 4 as they are still suffering from summoning sickness, but at turn 5. Summoning sickness isn't an ability to be affected by Humility effects.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
current dev based on commit aaff7 / duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

I don't see any change on this, still bugged.
If it helps you, with Humility in play, I used Instill Energy on a creature that entered the battlefield for first time and Instill Energy didn't give it haste. When I used Instill Energy on another creature that was in play already one turn, but still had summoning sickness due to the bug, Instill Energy gave it haste.

A) The commit is missing a line, sorry about that.
B) AL_KEY was a mistake, for the most part. The humility system doesn't interact with adding or removing keywords in get_abilities(). They should just be added & removed, and that's it. I just fixed it, but I'll have to go through all the cards that use it.
