[fixed] Torment of Hailfire: Can sacrifice a land

Torment of Hailfire's effect says "non-land permanent". However, it is possible to sacrifice a land.
-The same applies whether I cast it AI or AI cast it me.

Turns out there was some bad logic on the resolution too
