Blood Moon add type no room error -artifact or creature land

1) Blood Moon will give the add type no room error either as soon as an artifact land enters the battlefield like Ancient Den same for a creature land as Dryad Arbor or the next time such a land is played.
If it helps in shandalar with 9 artifact lands and 2 creature lands and still no such error, I got bored to try to see when it would give such an error.
2) I don't know if it is the same root problem or a different one but if you try to change the land type of Ancient Den or Dryad Arbor with Thelonite Monk
the game crashes. It doesn't crash in release.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
