Describe the Bug:
I cast Drain Power while Manabarbs was in play, the opponent had 13 lands but didn't lose any live.
(mana burn is activated)
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
October 2022 / sealed
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Opponent should have lost 13 life.
