[confirmed]Cleansing Wildfire AI issue decision

The AI used cleansing wildfire on his own land, and didn't even have a basic land to replace it with. I guess he could be desperate for draw but it was right at the start of the game so he screwed himself taking it down to 1 land. I attached save. <3
