[confirmed]Crash cancelling the casting of X spells

I've found that cancelling the normal casting of Bonfire of the Damned crashes the game without any dump file generated, however there's an error logged into event viewer with exception code 0xc0000005 and error offset 0x0003028a. Steps to reproduce:

- Load the attached savegame;
- Double click on Bonfire of the Damned;
- Click on Cancel.

I've attached a savegame that allows me to consistently reproduce the bug.

I don't know if we are at a point to make these cards work any better but due to their complexity, all cards with double XX or triple XXX will crash if you cancel them. Even some cards with only an X on their casting cost will crash if you try to cancel the activation. For now the only solution is to not cancel cards with an X casting cost. Unfortunately these cards have lots of problems when calculating mana when there is a synergy of cards with unusual casting costs and cost reduction/increase.

This is one of the things I'm working on now, plus fixing more complex hybrid costs, colorless (not generic) mana, and phyrexian mana.
