0xc0000005 exception in ManalinkEh.dll, no dump.txt

I've encountered a reproducible game crash that happens during opponent precombat main phase. There's no dump.txt, however the following error is logged in the event log:

I've attached a screenshot of the game right before the crash happens and a savegame that allows to reproduce the issue.
