[fixed]Hang when activating Skinshifter ability

Activating any Skinshifter ability causes a game hang/infinite loop. The issue doesn't seem related to Mirari's Wake or Oran-Rief, the Vastwood, as removing them doesn't help.

This doesn't happen in dev with or without Mirari's Wake in my battlefield, so fixed.
