Crash with Isochron Scepter and Shrapnel Blast

Activating Isochron Scepter with Shrapnel Blast imprinted causes a crash. I'm aware there is a similar report about Isochron Scepter crashing with Shrapnel Blast, however it was posted in 2020 and the issue wasn't mentioned again.

Savegame and Dump attached.
