[confirm]Eldrazi Conscription doesn't enforce Annihilator 2

I've noticed that Eldrazi Conscription doesn't cause the opponent to have to sacrifice two permanents.

I confirm the bug, not a general annihilator issue as it works for creatures that have the ability on their own.
