Galvanic Juggernaut doesn't untap when a creature dies

Galvanic Juggernaut is supposed to untap itself whenever another creature dies, but it doesn't happen.
Screenshot and savegame attached.
Edit: it seems it untaps only when another creature named Galvanic Juggernaut dies.
