Fastbond deals 2 damage when a land is played from library

1) When I play a land off of Fastbond with a Future Sight/Bolas's Citadel in play, I take 2 damage.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Fastbond
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
October 2022 Rebels & Rhystics - Gauntlet
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You lose 1 life when you play additional lands.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Any other cards that let you play lands off the top? (Oracle of Mul Daya, etc etc)
