From this post:
Aswan jaguar wrote:Known bug issues-Notes about cards from the DEVELOPERS:
Lots of these should already be fixed in release, some of them for many, many versions. Off the top of my head:Probably at least a third of the rest are also already fixed, but I wasn't certain enough to say so; and at least half of the rest are easily fixable if they're still broken. I'd appreciate someone making individual threads for them. Likewise for the post immediately above it.

BAgate, are you going on this list recheck?
What about the striked line, can they be safely removed in order to lighten the big-wall-of-bugs-text (we might lose the ref link but if it's really fixed...)?

Aswan Jaguar edited the list already, but I don't know if he checked them all. But sure, I'll go through them.

As for the strike throughs, anything on that page can be safely deleted (any bug reports will be unaffected). All that info is just a quick info dump to newbies, so if we make a mistake it isn't a big deal. SO let's just get rid of them.

Did a quick go through of the edits Aswan made per Korath's request, and deleted all strike throughs (even one's that won't be fixed till next patch, I don't want to have to do this again for a while). I did however leave a note on snow mana, as that is big enough and widespread enough to warrant a heads up.

Now on to a more detailed look-through...

Edit: Does anyone remember a combo that didn't work with Prismatic Omen (known bugs says it is an approximation, but not how) so it can be tested?

The approximation is that you have to click Prismatic Omen to tap the lands for mana, like with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. Drain Power likely won't work if the land didn't have a mana ability already, but since it's your lands only, I can't think of anything else that would break.

Korath, could you take a quick look at 'Laboratory Maniac corrupt UI graphic when triggering'
viewtopic.php?f=86&t=4134&start=405#p107926 ?

No idea if that is still an issue (I didn't understand the bug as I don't know challenges), but you are probably the best one to figure it out.

Also, I have no idea what this means -* Missing cards in the ML database will only be added at the next ID shuffle
viewtopic.php?f=86&t=9602&p=109985#p109679

Is that still an issue?

The graphics corruption looks like the same bug Coalition Victory and Vraska the Unseen 's assassin tokens had (C functions used to call the exe's lose_the_game() directly even when the AI was speculating), which is fixed. If it broke the challenge number, too, that wouldn't surprise me a bit.

Rows in ct_all.csv can be moved around (almost) with impunity (the basic lands and alpha duals have to stay at the very start, and the effect cards and 16 dynamic types have to stay at the end, both sets without changing order). Rows in manalink.csv, though, determine the ids used in deck files, so can't change. (This is why decks with vanguard avatars, the elder dragon highlander or archenemy or handicap cards, etc. get broken with every single new expansion - they're moved, totally unnecessarily, to the end, after the new cards added.) If there's a reason for only adding cards with the rest of their expansion besides convenience to the maintainer, I can't imagine what it is.

OK, the 'known issues' post has been revised. All issues mentioned are still issues, and all (except for a few basics like AI not considering double strike or the maximum hand size) have specific individual threads that have been created and linked. All strike throughs are gone, and the 2 lists in 2 posts have been combined into 1.

A new patch, so the Pending Reports folder has been emptied into Archived Reports and is ready to be checked. A little help this time...

A side note: unless there is a distinction, if the devs report a bug as rewritten, could we just label it as 'fixed' instead of rewritten? Consistency is your friend (and one less thing I have to change when the bug is rechecked :) ).

No opinion on the post title, but the reason we make sure to say we've rewritten something instead of just "fixed" is to make it clear that, even if the old bugs are fixed, it's more likely than usual that we've just traded them for a set of new ones.

ATTENTION ALL MODS!!! HELP!!!

We need you all to do your job (and no, I am not talking about Stassy and Aswan Jaguar).

I took a few days off to deal with a severe case of food poisoning and when I come back what do I find? Lots of unconfirmed bugs, no housekeeping that wasn't done by Aswan Jaguar, and no progress on reviewing archived reports (I've done about 3.5 pages so far). There are 6 'active' mods, and only 3 of us appear to be doing anything. We need your help.

End rant.

My bad, when Apr14 was released and you posted about assistance for recheck I completely forgot to ask you again as I was hooked up with Challenge deck.

How can we help with the recheck, can you tell us until which thread the recheck start in the recheck section?
