OK, all posts in root folder, pending and archived (except the old fixed/unfixable/confirmed threads) have been updated with new topic icons. The exception is the green faces Aswan Jaguar uses to mark where he is working (so if he could flip them back when he is done, or let me know and I'll do it).

So if you are looking to update unfixable bugs (for ex.) just scroll through looking for the radioactive icon.

Quick question for the devs: who updates the csv files? I ask because sometimes people say an issue is fixed waiting on csv and then we never hear about it again. Specifically, we're currently waiting on Nylea's Presence (http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=86&t=12540) and Font of Mythos (http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=86&t=12872) on csv updates.

Anyone know the status of those?

Sonic or Gargaroz, depending on the phase of the moon. In the latest csvs I have access to (dated Dec 8), Nylea's Presence is fixed, but Font of Mythos is not.

I updated the rules for the bug reports folder in the Read This announcement and changed a few titles to make referencing them easier. Is there any way to reorder the posts so the really long lists of issues and unfixable bugs comes after the rules (other than deleting the old posts and reposting them)?

I have just finished the previous task(apart the Illusionary Mask bug which I leave to check when I am not risking a major headache-waiting for the perfect timing...) on archived reports and I am moving on to:
Currently working on archived reports checking the fixed bugs:to 9th page as it stands now between Esper Charm and Blurred Mongoose which I have marked with the fire icon.

OK, so Aswan Jaguar is doing page 9, what is everyone else doing? It's time for my next round, and I have no idea which bugs are 'taken', except for Aswan Jaguar's fire icons. Might it be a good idea to keep a pinned thread on the main page that we all edit to say what we are working on so it is in one place?

And FYI for mods, Aswan Jaguar and I had a discussion in one of the threads about how to handle bugs that the developers tell us are already fixed (different cards for big issues, like rebound being broken, not just card x isn't working). We decided to label them [already fixed], put a blushing guy on them, and move them to Archived Reports after 24 hours. That way they are there to be found by a latter search, but we can ignore them when doing a check of bug fixes. Is everyone OK with this?

helping to search for unsearchable cards

We all have experienced bugs that search option doesn't find [most cases as Search Engine can't deal with 3 or less letter words(e.g. Man-o'-War is a card of 3 words of no more than 3 letters per word)- a limit to avoid too many results],I was trying to solve this out so I came up with the idea to have a key word added to the text (no need to be in the title which doesn't have so much room, although it is easier) like:KEY WORD: Unsearchable cards

So if you find a report with a card that doesn't have in it's name a word with 4 letters and above OR one that has such a word but it is very common and will give too many results you add in the text at the end of the report:
Unsearchable
or
KEY WORD: Unsearchable
and then the next time you search you search for the key word.

you can test it as I have added that to the Man-o'-War report.

EDIT I have just thought how to minimize the results and we can have the key word beginning with the name of the card in search example with a space between:
FINAL METHOD:
for Man-o'-War the key word is:
Man-o'-War Unsearchable

Great idea Aswan Jaguar! I never knew the limit was 3 letters.

I went back and looked at all the cards reported in root, pending and archived folders (no, I'm not doing the ancient archives) and the only cards that met that criteria were Man-o'-War and Pox , so I added an Unsearchable line to each of those reports.

Info on checking the bugs methodically

By the way fellow bughunters I noticed that sometimes the savegames or screenshots are not checked and you only try on clean games the bug BUT:

we upload the savegames and ask for them,to be tested(but I see that you don't download them to be checked sometimes).
It is nice that you check in clean games BUT the main check has to be first with the autosave or screenshot attached,as there could be a lot more cards or different cards, ways played involved than the ones you use in a clean game.
Also we try if possible to replicate the exact scenario in a clean game (to see if the bug was just an one time bug) but firstly we have to check what is the exact scenario through the autosave or screenshot attached.
OR:
You can do the check in a clean game if you prefer firstly but if you can't confirm it there then you have to check with the savegame or screenshot to replicate the bug (if possible)before you answer to it,thanks.

I updated Aswan Jaguar's advanced user Bug Report Form for the new version.

Is it time to move Pending to Archived?

Yes,but is it possible that all are moved together(as otherwise is quite a task) without being scrambled?Stassy is it?

I still don't get what you mean. Are you asking if we can avoid intermixing with what is already there?

I totally scrambled,scramble
Yes,I mean if they can all be moved together but keeping their format and not being moved (according to time posted and get messed up).
