CSV errors & Legacy/Effect cards with no text

Spidery Grasp is set for AI only to be played after blockers, this way AI can't cast it to untap and then block which is the main point of the card.It should be played if not at all times certainly at least also before blockers are assigned.

Transguild Courier appears as a riddle concerning to what color it is.No colored mana cost, it doesn't have the rules text it used to but doesn't have it's Color Indicator either.

Color Indicator: White, Blue, Black, Red, Green

Although in oracle the color indicator text is after the flavor text which manalink/shandalar don't support I guess, originally it had it in it's rules text:
Transguild Courier is all colors (even if this card isn't in play). Can't we just put the color indicator in the rules text?

As explained in it's rulings:
6/7/2013 Although originally printed with a characteristic-defining ability that defined its color, this card now has a color indicator. This color indicator can’t be affected by text-changing effects (such as the one created by Crystal Spray), although color-changing effects can still overwrite it.

- Nature's Blessing has wrongly flying.
- Noble Steeds for AI is misplaced to be "activated after combat" instead of "activated after blockers".
- Crater Hellion for AI is only set to be played after combat this way AI misses chances to attack it is better to set it also to be played before combat and let AI calculate.
- Structural Collapse for AI is only set to be played after combat & like above that makes AI miss attacks.
- Paradoxical Outcome for AI is only set to be played after blockers which seems AI doesn't get it and doesn't cast it at all. Besides this card purpose is to save your permanents by any effect not only a combat trick so it should be cast at any time.
- Angelic Edict for AI is only set to be played after combat and so makes AI miss attacks. All cards that can take opponent's creatures or any permanent out of the way should be played certainly also before combat.
- Burst of Strength, Dragonscale Boon, Enshrouding Mist, Vault Skyward for AI are only set to be played after blockers but the main use of these cards is to untap them when opponent attacks and surprise opponent. They should also be set to be played before blockers. The same should be set for all others instants that also untap the creature.

Text could be "You may look at and cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast that spell".

[fix/close]AI doesn't activate Chimeric Mass-no ct_all value

Describe the Bug:
AI can't activate/animate Chimeric Mass as it has no ct_all values set when to activate ability. (Tested)

Which card did behave improperly?
Chimeric Mass

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink dev 778ccb5 version - duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Chimeric Mass needs ct_all values set for Activate before Combat and Activate before blockers.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

There are around 90 cards that don't have "Ability Regeneration" added in ct_all.csv and so AI doesn't get that they can be regenerated or regenerate others in pre-attack/defend decisions. This value works fine for AI for the part "regenerate this", "regenerate card name", "regenerate enchanted or equipped creature".
"Regenerate target creature" is more problematic when a creature has that ability. AI will make rather good decisions in pre-attack/defend for that creature but not as good for others however this is a lot better than don't calculate regeneration ability at all like it is now.

I first tested this as AI didn't calculate Suture Spirit's regeneration in pre-attack/defend decisions and then I also tested Death Ward which also had the same results for AI. When I inserted the value for both cards AI took regeneration into consideration in pre-attack/defend decisions.

I am not good at file handling so I can't give you the list of cards that need this value insertion but I can give you the list of cards that need it and those that already have it.

Possibly the best way to make AI get this is explained by Korath (for other abilities though, and I don't know if it will work for regeneration, too) here (I don't know how much this value does from what Korath explains):
