VP won't load on Windows 10

Hi all,

Maybe this program is too old? I bought a licence for this some time ago and thought I'd install on my new Win10. It installed ok, and loads the start screen where you choose either deck editor or online play. But when clicking deck editor, it thinks for a while and then just does nothing. Anyone know something about this I don't?
