Intuition with 2 Progenitus hitting the graveyard causes both of them to trigger, but the third card doesn't get into your hand. (Not sure if 1 Progenitus hitting the graveyard causes this)

A deck with Tarnished Citadel can't be connected to (at least for localhost)
Animate Dead on Angel of Despair crashes the game (need to find out whether it's because of the EtB trigger)

Edit: Nope, Animate Dead on opponent's Elesh Norn did the same thing.

Ichorid's upkeep trigger doesn't seem to activate even while it's in the graveyard.

Thanks! We've nuked bugs relating to Tarnished Citadel, Animate Dead, Ichorid, and Nether Shadow (same bug as Ichorid).

Also, I believe when multiple cards hit the graveyard from the library, it's the same as hitting the graveyard from any other zone - you can choose them.

That's true. Currently jMagic's interface shortcuts away ordering of cards that go to a graveyard at the same time, no matter where they come from. The engine is asking the question, but the interface is answering automatically rather than bothering the player.

I don't think that jMagic currently has any cards that care about graveyard ordering. We intend to eventually include an option that will cause the interface to actually ask you to order those cards in the same way it asks you to order cards entering your library at the same time.

In other news: We are about to release jMagic 0.9, which will include all of Innistrad. I believe this makes us the first rules-knowledgeable program to include double faced cards. (A whole three days ahead of Magic Online!)
