url is the same,
maybe dynamic content, due to:
http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Languages.aspx

Added NPH Image Names to original post.
Moved older set images files to lower posts.

Sorry for taking so long on this. I've worked in a quick fix to support multi-languages so you can choose which language of the image to download. Its not pretty but I'm testing it now and should work for what your looking for. I'll post it once it downloads all the images successfully.

Alright version 0.7 is out. You now can select from the various languages that wizards supports. This update is a pretty quick and dirty update so it may need some fine tuning in the future if sets do no offer images of all the cards in each language. Give it a try and let me know if something needs changed or does not work.

Added M12 Image Names to post. Things are busy lately so I may not be on top of this set.

Added complete M12 list to first post. Should be able to pull all visual spoiler images for the set now that wizards has released them all.

well, tested it with german m12.
worked perfect, after the reg.fix & some manual search & replace at "imagenames.txt".
and thats my suggestion:
just include this information in the mini-documentation "howto.txt", for those who dare to download non-english card pictures.

Yea during the creation of the imagenames.txt file I left out the "'" in card names. I couldn't remember if there was a problem with those particular characters or not.

I know its been a long time since I updated the code on this but I thought it deserved some. I updated the downloading routines to increase download performance in v0.8. It downloads content at a much quicker rate now.

Also added an option to add a numerical value in front of the images to keep them in order they appear on the visual spoiler page. So image 1 will have 001 infront of it, 2 would have 002 and so on. Makes it easier to update the imagenames text file.
