The 8192 mods are mine and I'm male, sumomole's mods are the S61 & S62 mods (though those are just cards and artwork) the decks are the S6201 through S6283 (the WADs are inside the zip you said you deleted earlier). You may be missing my Core Fixes though (contains fixes for several things including Annihilator and Two-Headed Giant defending player abilities).

I don't know of any DATA_DLC_2 & DATA_DLC_3, but I do know the DLCs are in DATA_DLC_0001 & DATA_DECKS_E14 (Expansion), DATA_DLC_0002 & DATA_DECKS_F14_PACK1 (Deck Pack 1), DATA_DLC_0003 & DATA_DECKS_F14_PACK2 (Deck Pack 2), and DATA_DLC_0004 & DATA_DECKS_F14_PACK3 (Deck Pack 3).

If you have the Steam version then you already have the expansion and deck pack WADs (required to play online) even if they aren't enabled (you may be missing the AppIds to use them though they can be enabled using a Content Pack Enabler, CPE, for their content pack IDs).

Are you "Saving" the decks from the Deck Builder or are you "Exporting" them? You should be "Exporting" (either as WAD or Directory) as that is what builds the deck to be ready for use in the game.

Given the steps to reproduce it definitely sounds like there is a card with a mismatched file name & FILENAME that you are using in the deck. If you are just using mine and sumomole's mods then if you give us a listing of the cards you are putting in then we could look through those cards from our end to see if there is an issue with any of them.

But the thing is, I've deleted and created many decks with sumomole's mod + your deck builder, none of them (of course) have worked. Every single one of them causes this problem.
Here's some answers you wanted:
-I do have DATA_DECKS_E14 and all of the others you mentioned.
-I've only ever had 1 deck at a time in my directory.
-When I create a deck, I save it to my Magic 2014 folder and then export it with the "directory" option.

If no deck has worked then either you are picking the same bad card each time (unlikely, but possible), one of the mods has a bunch of mismatched FILENAMEs (highly unlikely as more people would have complained, and there would be a bunch of errors reported), or something else is fundamentally wrong. I'm thinking the most probable of the situations is the 3rd one, so it could be you have something installed or configured wrong (something could be in the wrong place, a corrupt download, etc...).

So the first thing to do would be to verify mods work one or two at a time for example you can install my ObjectDC functions and Core Fixes and verify that they work by doing a local two headed giant game with an Annihilator card and see that it asks which player should sacrifice. If that works then move on to another mod like Manual Mana and test that tapping lands manually works. Or you could start with thefiremind's mod and verify that his decks show up and are playable (you could always remove the decks once you have verified they work).

Once you have verified that the mods you want actually work, then you can check that the Deck Builder is configured right by building a quick test deck and exporting it (you don't have to save it, just export it and test to see if it loads and is playable). If it is configured properly then there will be no need to move files around or do anything fancy other than just export and play. It is important to note that you should test the cards first to make sure the mods are properly installed before you try to create decks with them otherwise you may end up going in circles and missing the actual problem.

About to try all the stuff you requested me do. But first, some notes about what happened over night.
-I can make decks out of any cards I want, but the game will only work if I use cards from DATA_DLC_D14 and E14 and all the packs, but not for 8192 core and S62.
NINJA EDIT: Just learned that I have ObjectDC and ManualMana already. Gonna download corefixes.

I've tested everything you've asked. Here's some stuff I found (and please get back to me soon on this)
-Annihilator doesn't ask which person should sacrifce
-ManualMana doesn't work (I can change what lands to tap, but i don't manually tap them)
-Only can use cards from DATA_DLC_D14 & DATA_DLC_E14 and the packs
-Game does its normal minidump crash when I make a deck with cards from S62 or 8192 core cards

If Annihilator didn't ask for which player sacrifices in Two-Headed Giant and you don't see the activated abilities for Manual Mana on your basic lands then the game does not recognize those WADs which probably means you have installed the WADs wrong, are missing something important (like the patcher dll which disables the WAD check), or are using a different installation of DotP 2014 (in which case you put the installed WADs in the wrong place).

The reason I say this is that known good working mods are not working on your setup so either you have a corrupt download or you are doing something wrong.

Hi, I install the new deck builder version and I notice these errors.
There maybe something I have been doing wrong and with this new version (that it seems that check for errors) now alert me.

It said that I had conflicts in all my decks IDs.
I thought that if the ID number of each deck was different I would be ok. But it seems that I am wrong.

Maybe this is the problem that makes me and my friends (in steam) to crash if we finish a game and then we go back to the lobby. (at least the host always crash if we finish the game).

This is my ID setting:

The id bloock option was unticked before. But all numbers were the same.

We are 4 friends using a google drive (to keep things equals), to avoid problems I was the one exporting all decks with my ID instead using multiple content packs enablers which did not work so well before.

Some idea?

These errors were there before, but the previous versions did not pop-up the error log on load (it just silently wrote it in the background).

There are different ID Scheme Types and some work better than others (some require more management). For example the Additive Scheme (what you are using) takes the ID of the deck which you give it and adds the number from each section to it to get the associated ID. For example using your settings with Deck #0 you will get the following IDs:
Deck Id: 777
Land Pool Id: 7771
Regular Unlock Id: 7772
Promo Unlock Id: 7773
With Deck #1 you will get:
Deck Id: 778
Land Pool Id: 7772 (conflict with Deck #0 Regular Unlock)
Regular Unlock Id: 7773 (conflict with Deck #0 Promo Unlock)
Promo Unlock Id: 7774

The Prefix and Suffix schemes work by appending the numbers to the deck Id rather than adding. This leads to much nicer ID generation. For example with Decks #0 and #1:
Prefix:
- Deck Id: 77700, 77701
- Land Pool Id: 777100, 777101
- Regular Unlock Id: 777200, 777201
- Promo Unlock Id: 777300, 777301
Suffix:
- Deck Id: 777, 1777
- Land Pool Id: 7771, 17771
- Regular Unlock Id: 7772, 17772
- Promo Unlock Id: 7773, 17773
As you can see there are no conflicts with either Prefix or Suffix Schemes. Additive Schemes allow to use a smaller Id Band, but require more manual management, the Prefix and Suffix Schemes use a larger band, but require almost no management. The Prefix Scheme is usually a bit safer as the chances of a collision with another modder are very low if you keep to either your reserved Id Block or you pick an unused one.

Most of the major modders are currently using at least a variation of the Prefix Scheme (which is also the reason I set Prefix Scheme as the default). Think of the Additive Scheme as a sort of "Expert" option and you should know the internals of how Ids work before you use it.

By the way, Tigertooth reserved Id Block 777 so if you stick with that one you could end up with conflicts with any decks Tigertooth produces.

Thanks, very good explanation. Its all clear now.

About tigertooth´s ID, I was reading just that the other day in my "card build experiment".

I am not sure if I had a mod from him, but like I need to export all my decks again, I would start with a different ID with prefix scheme.

I hope to be this the cause of "multiplayer final match" crash.

Well, if you are going to re-export all of your decks again this would be a good opportunity to reserve an Id Block of your own (plenty of open blocks). Just make sure you update the page with your block so that other people don't use yours.
