Magic Duels deck import/export tool

Making decks in Magic Duels is tedious without text-search, so building off the fantastic reverse-engineering work by spirolone on these forums, I created a tool to import/export decks to Magic Assistant.

That's awesome work. This is part of what's needed to make Riiak's 2014 Deck Builder work with the newer game (basically, exporting from 2014 to Magic Duels, which is a lot easier with the "to Magic Duels" bit already figured out).
