It only disables the signature check for the WAD files, it has no influence on online play. But if you want to be sure you can move it away before playing online. :)

When the custom online game is starting my friend will get the chush message. It happens when I use own builded deck only.

Help me, please... What's wrong?

If you want to play online with a friend and use modded decks, you and your friend must have exactly the same WAD files installed, not even the slightest difference is allowed.
