Yes. The scans are merged with a little Photoshop magic is such a way that eliminates the banding effect.

I can't get anything from this link. They only allow me to download ilivid software. There is so much confusing link garbage on these link sites. There are always various 'download' icons, and most lead to exe files or other bs software that has nothing to do with the cards. three times I ended up downloading 'ilivid' software.

I went to the first mirror on the list and this is the file I get to download. Why is it an 'exe' for cards?

Does anyone have a link to decent Invasion scans? The ones on mtg.ru are terrible. (the rest are great) They look totally washed out and blurry.

I keep getting 'unable to reach wizards.com' error when trying to download. Does this happen a lot?

Only if you're offline or firewalled from wizards or something. It shouldn't happen, and I don't get that when I run the program.
