I've noticed that when going to Quest Decks and editing a deck, the filters set from the previous use of the the deck editor are not applied when the deck editor is opened. The checkboxes are set correctly, but all cards are visible, not just ones that pass the filter. Toggling a checkbox twice gets the filters applied correctly. I have screenshots, if that's helpful

Just tested and it was working perfectly. Are you sure there was an attacking creature and that the tracker didn't have summoning sickness? Otherwise I guess it was just fixed already since the beta release.
Missed that word "attacking" there  Thanks for clearing that up and sorry to waste your time.

The opponent's Phyrexian Dreadnought wasn't buried although no creatures were sacrificed. (It happenend in the Torpor Orb Quest, but there weren't any Torpor Orbs on the battlefield any more)

Have you actually created a Quest? I've never seen that error.
It is alright now. I am still new to this.

I'm not sure if this is as intended or not, but Thraben Militia's ability to transform on creature death triggers twice if two creatures die in the same attack. Am I wrong in thinking that it should only be able to transform once?

If you are curious about how a card interacts in an odd scenario, generally check out the card in gatherer (or magiccards.info) for any notes. This one has:

"9/22/2011: If multiple creatures you control die simultaneously, Thraben Sentry's ability will trigger that many times. Each time one of those abilities resolves, you may transform the creature, even if it's Thraben Militia at the time."

ok (after double-checking magiccards . info), I'm pretty sure this one is a bug : ) The first "Select a card" prompt for Defense of the Heart does not do anything (or, rather, it seems to move the selected card to the top of the library). It gives three prompts total, the last two of which have the expected behavior.

That's not a bug. The way Forge handles "tutors" is by showing you your whole library first (because you should always see your whole library for strategic reasons) and then filtering out only the cards you can actually "find" by the effect. Also, it appears you are on an old version of Forge, so it's possible any other "bugs" you find may be fixed already, we generally recommend people upgrade before reporting fixes to prevent this.

It seems I have much to learn : ) Thank u for helping me get oriented. I /have/ been running svn, though, since I have a few real (I hope..) bugs reported in Cardforge that I want to keep on top of.

Ahh, well if you are on the svn you can report your bugs here: viewtopic.php?f=52&t=6333 and make sure to say what revision you are on.
