Is there any ipad tools for me to pwm?

Emashzed's tools should still work to make iPad compliant images, I can only assume since it worked for DotP 2013, but Gibbed Tools can be used to make the WADs as all the files except images seemed to work fine for the iPad version of DotP 2013.

Would the hex still be the same?? If you know?

I don't know for certain because I don't have an iPad, nor do I have DotP 2014 for iPad (obviously).
