Just to confirm from my playing:

-Glimpse the Unthinkable no longer crashes the game when you draw it with BU available.
-Fetchlands are more convenient to use, but still work the same way
-Wasteland has a 3rd option, cancel, like strip mine did

The rest I haven't checked yet, but I am hopeful, especially the damage triggers. I hadn't used Goblin Lackey yet, but many similar damage effect cards like Sword of Fire and Ice I had been having trouble with. I'll let you know if those are working for me later.

Bugs fixed: small number today, but man this took forever.

-Chrome Mox: allow shroud cards to be imprinted
-Disciple of the Vault, Skullclamp: both re-enabled on a probationary basis. Let me know if they still trigger at the wrong time.

Confirmed. Wayfarer's Bauble locks up the game in Vista in same way the fetchlands used to (hangs the game not crashes it). Maybe needs the same fix as the fetchlands (which now work great)
Further to this Terramorphic Expanse still has the Vista hang bug. So Vista status is:

a. fetchlands - now working well
b. Terramorphic Expanse - hangs the game
c. Wayfarer's Bauble - hangs the game

What about Sakura Tribe Elder and Civic Wayfinder? They're OK?

Just played a game with affinty vs mono-blue:

When my arcbound ravager was countered via Remove Soul, both the modular from ravager en my disciple triggered.

Turn later, my opponent cloned a frogmite, my disciple triggered. My spell a turn later also, they stopped triggering on spells cast when the clone had died.

But the clone died vs. my frogmite (so 2 frogmites died.) and now disciple only triggered once. The same when my arcbound worker died vs. his arcbound worker that he had stolen via control magic.

So they sometimes trigger to much and sometimes to few #-o

would this allow you eventually to create "gating" cards such as Shivan Wurm that allow you to bounce a critter without targeting it.

Sakura Tribe Elder works perfectly.
Civic Wayfinder also works if it makes it into play but more often then not crashes the game to desktop on casting. There's a few cards in this category (Bottle Gnomes, pump knights, Akroma), I assume its somehow Vista related because I havent heard anyone else has the same problem (Usually crash to desktop on casting but work perfectly if successfully cast)

Absolutely. After all, the karoos (Izzet boilerworks, etc) are gating lands. Not that lands usually have Shroud :)

Ok, so this is it. I've fixed all the bugs I know how to fix. All the rest are either
1) not listed on the main page of the bug thread
2) unfixable (for me, for now)
3) not reproducible by me (ex: academy rector bug)

I'm still crossing my fingers that someone breaks that 2000 card limit soon, since in fixing these bugs, I learned a ton about how to create cards. For example, here are some cards that would be pretty easy to make now:

Ranger of Eos
Goblin Matron
Protean Hulk
Mental Note
Obliterate
Volcanic Fallout
Battle of Wits
Survival of the Fittest
Mana Drain
Forbidden Orchard
Traumatize
Dryad Arbor
Natural Order
Flagstones of Trokair
Sneak Attack
Jenara, Asura of War
Duress
Thoughtseize

Oh, and here are the bugs I fixed this release...
Gaddock Teeg: was set to stop spells with CMC > 4, not > 3
Exalted: fixed eot pump cards by using proper legacy effect
Equipment: add a nice legacy effect so you know who's equipped
Courier's Capsule: don't draw cards when cancel is selected
Izzet Boilerworks (and friends): re-enabled. They no longer cause game-crippling AI bug, but these are still bugged, albeit in a way that won't impact games much.
Algea Gharial etc: gain counters as soon as creature dies
Grim Monolith (and Basalt): fix weird timing things
Disciple of the Vault: do not trigger on counterspells and other updates
Demonic Horders: AI will now eat your land if you don't pay upkeep
Exploration: having multiple in play lets you play more lands
Ivory Guardians: restore to current wording
Wild Aesthir: this card already worked right, should be removed from bug list
Fork: can no longer copy flash creatures

you can't reproduce the academy rector bug ? you mean it workd perfectly for you ? that's amazing ! what version of the game do you use ?

It's too bad, it's a silly loop bug if I can describe what occurs when you let the bug "live" through the whole process.
as soon as you choose a creature/enchantment, the Handler goes back to the start of the choosing process until there are no possible targets left, never reaching the "end" line (if I can use a bit of the vocabulary used when I was trying to learn Lingo script.

I don't use the card :) What I mean to say is that there is no set of instructions I can follow to always generate the bug. That's the information I was asking for in the other thread. Save games would have been fine if I could load in my version, but load doesn't work for me.

All right : here it goes (should have been posted in the other thread)

to get the pattern bug

put pattern on a small critter (make sure there are several critters in your deck) either attack or block with it and make sure it dies (birds are perfect actually to get slaughtered that way)
you will get your library to choose a creature. but actually when you choose a creature, you will be prompted back to your library, and until you hit the "done" button you can choose as many creatures as you want. at least one copy of the killed creature goes to the graveyard for each loop in the choosing process. plus two copies if the creature is killed during combat (that's why in my first reports I told you the game was getting mixed up with the damage phases)

the rector bug works exactly the same way.

Ok, that I can produce.

Edit: And fixed. I'll release the fix next update. But only if you give me the art for Chromatic Sphere :)
