[engine limitation]Max deck size

The max deck size for duel should be 200 unique cards, and 500 cards total. But when I create a deck with exactly 200 unique cards (280 total), it doesn't let me play. 199 unique cards works fine.

I think this is an engine limitation, and also I swear it also count cards from AI too in the total (that is why test decks from patch are limited to 150 unique cards, else mirror match is not possible).

Yes, it's off by one both for both. Increasing the 199 limit would be a major undertaking; increasing the 499 limit would be a very major one, comparable to the 2000 cards one. I'll fix the error message, though.
