The PTK decks are the official promo deck and...they sucks hard, only Wei as an aggressive and discard deck can be on par with fast decks, others just can't rely on Horsemanship only to win a game.

Tribal Lifegain Cleric has 8 Soul Warden because Soul's Attendant is not yet available

The most fun deck I found between all of them is Tribal Mono Red Dragon, the AI can do some nice moves with it along with all the others THS (eg. T3 Hellkite Charger, though Control and Ramp are a bit more difficult for him to handle).
PTK Wei Kingdom is also annoying in the hand of the AI if he can get a god hand at the beginning on the game.

G'devening, ladies and gentlemen,

First of all, I'd like to point out that the BotG v1 patch somehow replaced the EDH format card with Ashiok's Adept. It seems that this wasn't the first time something like that happened, as the decks in the EDH folder that currently comes with the PlayDeck folder all feature a copy of Angelic Edict in place of the EDH card and hence won't let you have a game of EDH if you try to play them.

And now for something completely different:
Cats! They're cute and you Sir or Madam are a bad anonymous internet person if you say otherwise.

Now that that's outta the way, we can get right to business. I currently have 62 handcrafted EDH decks stored on my HDD and I'd love to share them with all of you. They range from tier 1 to stuff like rats tribal and the Ai doesn't completely suck at playing them either, barring the combo portion of the lot.
Assembling EDH decks in Manalink can take an unhealthy amount of time, unless you have built the deck you desire using some other, more comfortable tool beforehand (in which case you might run into cards on the list that aren't coded in ML3 yet.) Therefore, I think that having some staple decklists as well as basic framework for other archetypes could improve the experience for everyone. It might also be a fun way for people who don't usually play the format to give it a try.

There's few things that would honor me more than being part of this project's legacy (what does that say about me? Eff my life...) so feel free to incorporate the files into future releases.

I'll just leave that here, in case anyone's interested.

Edit: Re-uploaded archive - Puppet Strings in the Merieke deck kept making the game crash. Replaced it with Jandor's Saddlebags which works fine (but isn't near as good.)

I played some of them I really like the fact that the AI can do decent things in mid-late game, unlike competitive games where it get usually destroyed at turn 4.

So far I like themed ones like zombie but AI unusually fare better with combo decks like Jhoira

Hi there, I'm new here but following my "thank you for what you've done to make this awesome creation" post (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=14294&p=150813#p150796), I mentioned that "if it's of use to others, I'm happy to share my custom decks here, and my revamped list of all the decks to be Vintage compliant (minus a handful of the top tournament decks that threw an error when converting for some reason)"

...And stassy directed me here

Sooo is my revamped list of all decks to be Vintage compliant useful then? (This was done using that PlayDeck analyser tool, where I figured out the nearest card using the Gatherer site and replaced accordingly - leaving one copy of restricted cards where applicable and not too much trouble to do. Note I also applied the other "default" updates of Playdeck Analyser - replacing one basic land in each deck with a Mox, and replacing a handful of other cards to better versions, e.g. Aspect of Wolf > Blanchwood Armor. Oh and I also keep a full list of the replacements I did and in what order too for reference sake.

I've also got about 20 odd custom decks around different themes that go quite well too if you want those...

Sure, we gladly accept and insert all decks into the "official" Playdeck, you need to archive them as zip file and attach it in one of your posts (not sure if you need a specific number of posts to be able to do that, I remember it was 5 or 10), list them and add some description so others users have a quick preview of them...

Or you could be an awesome guy and download the current Playdeck folder from latest thread, insert your deck with the appropriate format and repost it again with commentaries

I can do this - I take I find this in the latest patch - "Manalink Update 2014/04/17: Apr14" ?

EDIT: Actually never mind - the latest patch doesn't contain a Playdeck folder anyway, so I already have the latest Playdeck folder. So I'll upload that soon with my decks added (fortunately I kept a copy of this folder before I began modifying it)

The latest updated "official" Playdeck folder can be found in this very thread, attached in the latest release post and in the OP thread

You have to download it, add your decks and repost it attached with your own commentaries.

Once it's done, I will update the OP accordingly and if another user want to add their deck he will do the same (I know it's not practical but we currently don't have a database for it)...
