If I have two Lotus Petal in play and crack them both, I get prompted to choose a color for the first one, but not for the second one. (It adds the same color I chose for the first)

Been on and off recently, so I've no idea if this has been reported already. (Apologies duely if so.)
Contrary to the card text and Oracle text, when a Pit Spawn deals damage to a creature, the creature goes to the graveyard, instead of being exiled. Makes certain uses of Pit Spawn unfeasible.
In general, though, this is one of the less buggy releases I've played so far. No showstoppers (at least for me).

Pit Spawn deals damage to a creature. Then the ability triggers and tries to exile the creature upon resolving.
But if the creature left the battlefield before that happens (for example because it was killed by Pit Spawn's damage), then... it won't get exiled.
Of course, since Pit Spawn has power 6, it... won't actually exile creatures too often. Before M10, you could use tricks like slapping Lure on it and dealing 1 damage to 6 blockers, exiling them all. This is no longer possible, so now Pit Spawn's ability is useful only in some narrow situations, like:
Creatures with toughness 7 or more or extra blockers when not enough damage trickles through. (Stack multiple blockers so the highest-toughness one gets damaged last!)
Indestructible creatures or regenerators.
Hermetic Study and similar effects.
Negating opponent's Shrink.
Compare to the text on Kumano, Master Yamabushi:
If a creature dealt damage by Kumano this turn would die, exile it instead.
This text makes Kumano ACTUALLY work like Pit Spawn SHOULD work, but doesn't.

In the quest mode, I recognize something strange from shop:
1. All the cards of Rise of the Eldrazi (ROE) are undefined price by pricegen.php .
2. The booster boxes of Legends(LEG) and Apocalypse(APC) are undefined prices.
3. Since typo, so the booster box of Judgment(JUD) is also undefined.
If mistakes, please adjust these.

.Voracious Cobra should not have the "It can't be regenerated." clause in the trigger description.

AI used Kiora's Follower to untap its other Kiora's Follower, back and forth, over and over. This was in an AI vs AI match at 10x Speed. Forge froze for at least 5 minutes, then eventually reported a game win. I'm not sure this qualifies as a bug, but I very nearly used Task Manager to kill the Forge process.

Please have a look at this picture:
I remove 5 counters from Sage of Hours , log says that I'm getting an extra turn after this one... but it doesn't happen, next turn is opponent's turn. First time it happens to me with this card.
