This is something I've been thinking about for the past few days and I might try to implement it myself, but may not be able to for a little while.
As an addition to quest mode, you could buy in to draft tournaments in which you can win cards/packs as well as keeping whatever you draft. This would give a little progression to the draft mode for those who want it and would also spice up quest mode a bit.
In my mind it'd start with a few cubes or blocks and you'd unlock more by placing in the tournaments.
Would anyone else be interested in this?

I like this idea, especially if this was inside quest mode. That way you draft with a purpose, your drafted cards would go to the pool.KrazyTheFox wrote:This is something I've been thinking about for the past few days and I might try to implement it myself, but may not be able to for a little while.

I really like to draft, but drafting for the sake of drafting has no sense of progression: you could be earning more cards to your quest pool by playing quest mode. In real life you keep your drafted cards, which always contribute to your real card pool.

This may be more of a change request instead of a feature, but can the quest mode "win in X turns" bonus be changed to only count your turns? Right now, if you're on the draw, you have to kill on your opponent's first turn to get the "turn 1 win" and you only get 2 of your turns to get a "turn 5 win". It would make more sense to have these be "win on your 1st, 3rd, or 5th turn" than "win on the 1st, 5th, or 10th overall turn".

I had something that does this, but I've only verified it to work in single player games. I also have to make sure it's going to work in multiplayer games before I commit it. Quest mode doesn't have any multiplayer modes yet, but it might in the future, so I'd like to get it right the first time. It'll also necessitate re-balancing the quest rewards a bit as you'll have double the number of turns to meet the current thresholds.Gilg wrote:This may be more of a change request instead of a feature, but can the quest mode "win in X turns" bonus be changed to only count your turns? Here's the hacky version of Marath I use for toying around in commander. It just asks you how many counters to add when it's cast.tooeasy1075 wrote:Request to please code Marath/Prossh even without the commander tax bonus (guessing that's the problem) for 1/99 and legacy/vintage. thanks

It'd be nice if auto-paying mana wouldn't tap my Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx for 1 when I have 4+ devotion.
Also, auto-paying tapped my Karametra's Acolyte for more mana than I needed but still also tapped my Golden Hind.

I'd like to be able to see what cards are/do while scrying. I was playing a precon and scryed into Interpret the Signs. Had to look that one up on Gatherer.

Krazy, mind creating a thread with all that in the developers corner so we don't spam this topic with talk of specific things?

If the AI scrys, I would like to be able to see how many cards go on top and how many get bottomed.

Also, a Devotion count might be nice, as well.

I could add that to the card detail pane for cards with Devotion much the same way I added Storm count to Storm cards. How does that sound?timmermac wrote:Also, a Devotion count might be nice, as well.
