It's one of the few remaining in my collection of HQ scans.

This is an MTGO-Only set. Better images could be created using the HQ Card Generator in the forums. It needs to be updated to support M15 frames through. We would also need a complete collection of high-resolution artwork. We face the same issues with Vintage Masters 2015.

I rendered the images using the HQ card generator.
I auto cropped the 300DPI scans from the Tempest Block, created a deck file and ran the generator. Here are some results

Any idea how to further improve those images, like making them more sharp and clear ?
