[still bugg]Bitter Ordeal AI doesn't cast it

Describe the Bug:
Bitter Ordeal gravestorm ability doesn't trigger when a permanent (creature on my case Skirk Ridge Exhumer) was put into my graveyard this turn and I cast then Bitter Ordeal I exhile a card but then it is not copied as it should and ask me to exhile another card.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Bitter Ordeal or gravestorm ability in general

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/12/20: Commanding 2014 Urzas,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
For each permanent put into any graveyard Bitter Ordeal is copied and you are asked for new targets and then exile them.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It triggers now, but...

1) only copied it once despite 5+ perm going to gy

2) not able to choose new targets

~~1- In fact Bitter Ordeal 's gravestorm ability triggers each time but only for opponent's permanent going to graveyard.~~
2- Also in many games AI never cast the card.However I don't know if AI is set to cast the card if a an x+ number of permanent go to grave.
~~3- not able to choose new targets for the copies as mentioned in post above is still true.~~

Fixed no selection of different targets in commit 072938ea.
