I'm thinking the Planeswalker Pool may be interfering with mine, since using Ajani Steadfast's -2 doesn't give Ugin any loyalty counters.
Also, I updated my Community Wad, and Ugin still lets me use his loyalty abilities several times per turn.
I'm currently using NeoAnderson's 3D Mod for the Planeswalkers. Does Ugin maybe need to be added into there to properly interact with other Planeswalkers?

Yes, he would need to be added to it.
When Tejahn uploads the corrected version of his file, I'll be reuploading the lite version of the CW. When I do, I'll make sure to raise its priority to 4 to correct these issues.

Tejahn's upload with either the Community Wad or the Community Wad Lite will work. The Lite version is just missing the extra cards and has the token art included. You don't have to worry about that

I'll do everything I can to correct all the mishaps. And I think it's important to remember that all sets are released as a work in progress. This is the first complete set I've ever attempted. Gathering high-quality art, coding, and testing was a welcomed but very time-consuming challenge. I did all I could to bring it to full functionality. I actually think I accomplished a lot with Xander9009's help. I didn't expect it to be a perfect release. That's why your feedback is important. I suspect Xander9009 will convert the set when we stabilize it. But I do hope this release can help extend the playability of your DOTP 2014 experience. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate what you are doing. But you should have concentrated just on coding. E.g., most of the HQ art for FRF is already included in the CW. I know, because I gathered it from various sites on the internet. IMO, it makes absolutely no sense to release a separate complete FRF set, which then has to be converted to fit into the CW.

This set was a project I decided to undertake because the community seemed to be dwindling. I thought it would be a good way to galvanize said community. Gathering HQ art for the set was done long before I ever asked Xander9009 to look over various codes. I too gathered it from various sites, especially the Japanese ones. Obtaining art wasn't a problem and was the easiest task. As for coding, that was and remains the primary focus. Hence why the set is released. To address your concern about it not being it's own project, I can only say that if you check the development thread you'll see that I was finished with the set save about 20 or more cards. That's why it's standalone and has to be converted. I'm sure if Xander9009 and I had planned and coordinated the set from the start it would have been released as part of the CW.

As far as the CW incorporation goes, they're included. I've tested a deck and they appear to be working (though I did modify all of the manifest cards and haven't tested those yet).

I'm having difficulty getting manifest cards to work at all. When a manifest ability triggers (Mastery of the Unseen and Whisperwood Elemental are the cards I've tried so far), nothing happens. The animation occurs that indicates something is supposed to happen, but then... nothing. I've been trying different things for a couple of hours now, and I'm just at wit's end.
Does this sound like a problem for which there might be a simple resolution? Thanks!

Out of curiosity are you going to make Ugin like NeoAnderson made the others? I remember him stating that the way he produced alternate planeswalkers reduced lag and had the processes done in a manager (i literally have no idea what he was talking about but i am doing my best to remember) " It is handled inside each planeswalker instead of the manager.

Other way around: it was originally done in a manager and he moved it to the planeswalkers to remove the lag because that removed the necessity of the manager token to filter for all planeswalkers. And anyway, that's how it is coded, already.

I've been away for a while because of a real life event. But I'll start back touching up the set early next week.
@Zambooo: From just looking at that Ugin, the Spirit Dragon I can see that the Multiverse ID is too long. I'll correct that and other issues in the coming update.
A person on another forum reported that the 'fight' option for Frontier Siege isn't displayed properly. I've collected a lot of feedback so that will be corrected as well.
