Describe the Bug:
Reach of Shadows can target a face down creature which is colourless.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Reach of Shadows

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/3/25: Fate Reforged,duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Reach of Shadows can't target face down or any other colourless creatures.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

And it doesn't matter what the face down creatures color is (i.e. if it is a land or artifact it can still be targeted).

Also in case that it is not global but card specific both other 2 cards with the same ability are bugged similarly affecting colourless permanent:
1- Ugin, the Spirit Dragon 2nd ability
2- Ugin's Construct
