I've added some more cards that add tribal synergy:
+ 2 Arashin Foremost
+ 1 Obsidian Battle-Axe
+ 1 Diplomacy of the Wastes
+ 1 Mardu Woe-Reaper
and diversified some of the other cards that i felt don't need so many copies:
+ 1 Doom Blade
+ 1 Terror
+ 1 Valorous Stance
+ 1 Secure the Wastes
+ 1 Mardu Strike Leader
- 2 Erg Raiders
- 2 Ogre Marauder
- 3 Shared Triumph
- 3 Swords to Plowshares
Result:
Link 3 | Open
2 Godless Shrine
2 Isolated Chapel
4 Marsh Flats
4 Plains
4 Scrubland
4 Swamp
3 Battle Brawler
3 Blood-Chin Rager
1 Bloodsoaked Champion
4 Chief of the Edge
4 Chief of the Scale
1 Dragon Hunter
1 Erg Raiders
3 Herald of Dromoka
3 Mardu Woe-Reaper
1 Ogre Marauder
1 Secure the Wastes
2 Arashin Foremost
1 Mardu Strike Leader
1 Obsidian Battle-Axe
1 Shared Triumph
3 Mortify
1 Swords to Plowshares
1 Doom Blade
1 Terror
1 Valorous Stance
1 Zealous Persecution
1 Night's Whisper
1 Diplomacy of the Wastes

Yes, ORI is a nice set for deckbuilders, so many different themes.

I had thought about a deck with this theme before, but never finished thinking/started building (how could we not have a March of the Machines deck?). I haven't really tested your version yet, but want to throw around some ideas which i want to test when i have more time: Fieldmist Borderpost, Akroma's Memorial, Norn's Annex, Spear of Heliod, Golem Foundry and maybe Dolmen Gate, Mirrorworks or Cumber Stone.

I'll work on it again, in the meantime can you add a medium version of Montgomery Burns? Tainted Remedy should replace his Leyline of Punishment, cutting his colors down to two.

EDIT: It's a bit all over the place but it can set up.

Good idea. But Everlasting Torment and Forsaken Wastes may also have to be removed, because Tainted Remedy won't work with them.

And while we're at it, i think i will rename my Granny Weatherwax 3 deck suggested above to Montgomery Burns 3. Then we have a complte line from 1-3.

Really now? I just checked, Tainted Remedy's life-draining effect still works even if Everlasting Torment/Forsaken Wastes is in play. From my interpretation, it's a replacement effect.

Exactly, and that's why it won't work. Tainted Remedy replaces lifegain, but with Everlasting Torment or Forsaken Wastes, no lifegain can occur, and so it can't be replaced.

Yes, the rules are clear about this and Forge was wrong. A static effect will prevent replacement effects. I've just commited a fix.

Done! (i hope this doesn't mess with savegames) :-"

Opalescence + Enchanted Evening = no lands for the rest of the game.
I love stuff like that. Added as Agent Smith 2 (there's no way this could be added as an easy deck with so much beastliness).

That's a great sentence. =D>
And while there is some lovely stinkers in your list there are two or three cards that may hurt the feelings of a beginning player: Planar Collapse (could make the AI look more stupid than it already is), Worship and Reverence (could be frustrating) and ... ugh Aysen Highway + Great Wall comes already very close to trolling the player with nonsense.

Cards to consider instead:
Blind Obedience
Exclusion Ritual
Kismet
Lashknife Barrier
Martial Law
Orim's Prayer
Serra's Blessing (instead of Brave the Sands)
Silkwrap and Suspension Field (can replace some of the removal spells)
Spirit Mirror
