How to get all planeswalker artwork/overlays?

I checked the wiki and found some, but how can I get the rest of them?

Honestly I have no idea. I don't think anyone has been keeping up to date with them

I was working on rendering Vintage Masters cards... here is a proper 4-ability frame for Jace (since the one in the generator is not extended and I couldn't find one anywhere else), and also the image and overlay for Dack Fayden.

Here's the planeswalker images that I've found. Some are properly sized, some need some work. Hope people can use them.
