Describe the Bug:
Once you activate The Chain Veil you can no longer use Ugin, the Spirit Dragon 's abilities.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2015/3/25: Fate Reforged,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
it should work.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

This also gets fixed if the needed enchantment value in ct_all gets inserted as mentioned here
