I got you: https://www.mediafire.com/?1lq459aima3e4vw
It's been a while since I processed these for Manalink, so I can't remember what I excluded. I know there are no basic lands; I think it might be missing a couple of other cards as well, but I can't remember which.
Also, I will take this link down once HQ scans are up.
EDIT: Taken down - the renders below are much superior.

Hi guys, after conversation with skibulk, I was asked if I could post these here to see what other people's opinion is on using these. The file contains high quality renders probably directly from WOTC. Anyone can download them via their survey they do for each set, while it lasts. Surveys started since BFZ, I think, but they are no longer accessible and I only noticed this trend now, so we won't know what quality the cards were before, but for now we all have access to 90% of the set in superb quality. Tokens, basic lands and masterpiece cards are the only missing cards. Take a look at them and comment what you think.

I personally like the renders as they seem to be the best quality versions of the cards.

I noticed you were missing several of the cards, so I wrote a script to pull all of them (they have cards 1—249 so missing basic lands, tokens, tip cards, and promos). Do you know of the links for the survey images from the previous surveys?

BTW, I've uploaded all 249 to http://deckmaster.info/images/scans/KLD_HHR.zip (may not be there forever).

I tried to look up the old surveys on the wotc mothership, but they seem to have deleted them since. Someone who knows what to do better than me might try to look them up somehow over here, but I don't think that's possible http://surveys.marketpointsinc.com/surveys_0/wc0916gb8/Welcome.asp?pass=&src=2.

Interesting. I had a look and the images for Eldritch Moon are still there, only the resolution is lower than the one used for Kaladesh (371x518 vs. 744x1039). Battle for Zendikar card images seems to be gone though.

Can you post the link to one of the EMN images?

Yes, sorry. I should have done that in my previous post. Here is the address of the first one: http://surveys.marketpointsinc.com/surveys_0/wc0816gb6/Images/0001_MTGEMN_EN_HRR%20copy.jpg

You said BFZ was gone...did you check SOI or OGW? If we can figure out the pattern, then that might help. I pulled down all the EMN ones and you're right, the resolution is much lower.

Filenames are straightforward, so the only thing you really need to figure out is the directory name (i.e. the part which reads "wc0816gb6" for EMN and "wc0916gb8" for KLD.) I don't know what the last digit stands for, but the 4 before are obviously the date of the survey.

It doesn't really matter anyway as you can find that directory name in survey links. As long as you have a survey link, you can pretty much deduce image URLs. I found those links either on Reddit or MTGSalvation. I have only checked EMN and BFZ so far. I haven't tried looking for other sets.

I just tried and it looks like there is a small twist, as card names are not exactly the same. Maybe Battle for Zendikar is still available under a different naming scheme, but I have tried a few with no luck so far.

Here are links to the first cards in Oath of the Gatewatch and Shadows over Innistrad:

Edit: Apologies for the double post.

Yeah, it's a shame the other sets don't have the hyper resolution of the KLD ones :(
