Describe the Bug:
Agadeem Occultist wasn't activate-able with 1,2 or 3 allies on owners field and creatures with 3 or less cmc on opponent's graveyard.
Which card did behave improperly?
Agadeem Occultist
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
