Missing Norritt Card (please help a brother out?)

The Ice Age card, Norritt, is missing. It's been a pet fave of mine (and useful) in my EDH decks. How do I add this card to the library? I will be glad to do the work but have no clue how to go about doing it? I'm not a programmer and have limited knowledge of how these things work but I really want that silly card.
