Cant access deck editor

when I sign on this is the error message I get when I try to access the deck editor along with this popping up when I'm playing.

This actually just started out of no where. I went to load the deck editor and the error message keeps popping up. Its been going on for more than a week now. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the program with no success. please help.

I've been having this same issue. I can still go to quests & all that, but it won't let me do anything on the constructed page anymore. I've deleted the folder that I extracted Forge into, plus the folder in AppData, and yet when I re-install Forge it still displays all the same settings from the last save.
